multiple flash sync help required

hi,

I am new to lighting and I just acquired friends three Nikon Flashes to use them externally.

What I wanted to do is use my D300s popup flash as commander I can set it easily.
And three flahses

1. SB800 - 1/4
2. SB910 - 1/16
3. SB800 - 1/8

placed at various places in room

Dont have trigger with me but what if i wanted to do this thing what kind of setting I required to do ?

I know this would be very much funny to many people as so basic question but I really dont know how to manually sync all flashes and fire when popup commander gives their commands.

I can put all flashes on remote but then I'll loose manual output power setting on each flashes. And camera does have I think two flash to manage.

Any help would be appreciated.
