to be honest i really haven't expected that they'd provide a lens profile for a piece of software that they haven't produced themselves. maybe i'd wished for any other advice to solve the magenta corners problem, but a facebook fan page is not the correct address for a request like that.

so my comment was prompted by the kind of answer not the fact that the request had been rejected in the first place

btw: they should replace the trainee that looks after the facebook page.
