D4 from Amazon... Anyone get a returned product?

I'm ready to buy the D800. Amazon has it in stock, but after reading all the posts I decided to go with Roberts instead who also has the D800 in stock. The person I spoke to was candid that because they have a 14 day return policy for non-defective products, YES they will repack a previously sold and returned non-defective camera and sell it for new. Having said that, he went to the warehouse, personally inspected one of the D800 packages and confirmed that indeed it was never previously sold, so I went ahead and placed my order for that particular package. After he took my information, he brought it directly to the shipping department. I've bought from Roberts before and never had any problems, so hopefully this is the same experience.
