How can I get the SDK for Kodak Pro SLRs?

Hi,

While looking for the SDK, I found that Kodak closed professional developer program some years ago and shut down technical support for Pro SLR few months ago.
It seems that there's no official way to get the SDK but I really need it.

Has anyone succeeded to contact Kodak support recently?
Please let me know if there's any way to get the SDK. (for Windows)
