I Hate my A65 - Bad noise and pixel smudge are they all the same?

I don't know if it's only my camera or if it's all A65's but I've had various brands of DSLRs (other Sonys also) and this didn't happen.

Some of the people pictures turn out great, very clear, sharp, very little noise. Then the others are terrible. Smudged pixels, lots of noise on people's faces but the rest of the pic is sharp and clear. It's only when it's pics of people that there's a problem.

The problem is within shot to shot in the same lighting, same settings. Does it have anything to do with the facial recognition feature in the camera? Or is there something wrong with it and I need to have it repaird? I've only had it since May and have not used it too much, maybe 500 photos since I bought it.

Any ideas?
