Same situation here, bought FXLab over the weekend. Fortunately I copied down the
key displayed on the screen. Program installed correctly and the key works.
But...never received an email containing the key.
I bought the program to take advantage of the introductory price and hope they
get their act together and fix some of the remaining problems.

Topaz has always been very reliable as a vendor but this program does seem to have more than a few teething problems.
