D800 Hue Calibration for $30?

From Nikon's perspective calibration is a matter of preference, not defect, so that's why they charge. Frankly I would pay $100 or $200, I don't care about the money, I'm just excited to learn there's a fix!

The problem is, I'm getting all this info second hand, and when I call Nikon they don't know an LCD is, because the guy answering the phone is getting paid $6/hour.

So I was hoping someone here knew about it before I actually sent my D800 away.
