Mountain Lion & Parallels

Installed Mountain Lion this last weekend. After, when attempting to open Parallels, I got the message that it wouldn't run under Mountain Lion, at least my version, 7.0. Can't get any further, though I'm lead to believe that 7.0 should run under Mountain Lion.
Any Advice?
And actually, I VERY rarely even need to run Windows any more, so......
What's the easiest way to reclaim the portion of my drive currently partitioned for Bootcamp?
