Do you use micro 4/3 for travel/hikes? What's your travel setup!

I am a nikon full frame dslr shooter (for work) but I can't stand the bulk of those things and the pro glass I own when I'm on vacation or hiking.
I have bought a OM-D and 3 prime lenses to create a travel-friendly setup that weighs little, but packs a punch in terms of IQ and flexibility.
So far, my travel setup is as follows:
F-Stop Shibata bag containing:
OM-D E-M5
Crumpler Singapore Sling strap (very comfy)
Spare Olympus battery
Spare SD card
OM-D clip on flash
M.Zuiko 12mm F/2.0 with its hood
Lumix 20mm F/1.7 with rubber hood
M.Zuiko 45mm F/1.8 with its hood
A Lenspen
Visible Dust Magic Clean cloth (great cloth)
3 Cokin ND grads (rectangular)
Cokin filter holder
46mm Heliopan slim polarizer
B+W 46mm ND 1000x
Cullmann 37mm ND 8
37--> 46mm step-up ring
Wired remote release
1 mt tripod (cullmann digipod long, a compromise between heigh/weight/size/stability)
Lastolite gray/white card for white balance
The bag with this stuff inside weighs just 2,3 kg and it's a kit that gives a lot of flexibility and IQ while keeping weight and bulk to a minimum.
Just for comparison: my D700 + 24-70 + its R-Strap would weigh 50 grams MORE...
Wanna talk about my D3S? Forget it....
Do you like m4/3 as much as me for a travel friendly setup?
