Best Telephoto Lens for 60d !

I am not finding words to express my joyof owning a 60D,at the same time feels so proud and honoured to be a member of this forum.
Hope to learn a lot from you experts.

I have bought 60D with a 18-55mm lens and i am looking for a Telephoto too..
request you all to suggest me the best suited..

Budget is also my concern
