Part of the aperture lever miscalibration is camera related

I get differing results on my D800, D800E and my D4 - it's between 1/2 and 2/3 stops with the D800E and between 2/3 and 1 stop with the D4 and D800.

Checked with my 35 1.4G on the D4 and sure enough - the D4 showed no change between 1.4 and 1.6. Can't be bothered to test anymore.

Some Nikon bodies would seem to have mis-calibrated aperture levers by around 1/3 stop.

Horshack, you've started the next big Nikon issue - as if the left AF thingy wasn't headache enough. Expect Nikon employee psychological issues to increase
