TS2 Seal Replacement

Has anyone replaced the seals on a Panasonic TS2? How much does it cost? How long does it take? Does it need to go back to the Panasonic (or can a retailer, B&H, do it)? Is this required after two years of light use? (I assume the answer to the last question is "yes" because the issue is that they dry out, but who knows.) Thanks in advance.
