From 350D to 650D or 60D? (Plus: how little is my stuff worth?)

Best advice I can give is this:

If it isn't obvious to you why you would go with a 60D vs. a 650D/T4i, then you should probably go with the less expensive kit.

Why do I say that? Chances are, you've already looked at all of the specifications that are really important to you. If that comparison doesn't provide a clear answer to you, then the next metric should be price and/or availability because the specs are telling you that either one will get the job done for you.
