I see that your ISO is 1600, in my opinion it would be too much to ask of the camera to produce a squeaky clean dark frame at such a high ISO value. I usually check my new camera by taking a shot with the lens cap on at the lowest ISO and shutter speed at around 1/30, run the image through DeadPixelTest and if there are no hot pixels at the threshold of around 20 then I keep the camera and worry no more. Then again, I suspect you will see some of these hot pixels of yours even at the lowest ISO and then I would suggest returning the camera. From my personal frustrating experience Olympus cameras are likelier to have hot pixels even at the lowest ISO than Panasonics (and the built in remapping function was always useless in my experience), so the replacement you get might not be any better. I remember going through several E-PL2s like that.
