New OM-D - Many Hot-Pixels... Is this normal?

I've just got a new OM-D and stating to test it out. One of my first tests was to shoot with the lens-hood on. To my surprise, there is quite a signifcant number of hot-pixels. It's hard to find all of them roaming around the 100% image, but I think I see:
1 green and 1 blue along the left edge
1 green 1 blue and 2 red along the right edge
a cluster of 2 blue and 2 red near the top in the middle
1 big green one (probably a cluster of a few pixels together) near the middle of the frame
Now I realize that pixel-mapping will probably make this disappear, but I'm wondering:
Is this kind of thing normal?
Is this a defective sensor?
Assuming the sensor was manufactured only a few months ago - Does this mean it will continue to accumulate hot pixels at this rate and I'll discover around 10 new one every few months?
Sould I return the camera?
