for example, the Ricoh GRD is nowhere near this distorted. in fact its almost free from distortions. that raw version looks like its from a fish eye.

Until ACR comes around (probably shortly) why not just shoot jpeg. From my pics he exposure has been solid (my main reason to shoot RAW) and detail as great up to 13x19" (my printer--Canon 9500). Imaganing resource states that bigger prints than 13x19" are excellent at ISO speeds most pic are taken.
