Have I lost the touch? What am i doing wrong now? GRD3

I have had great luck with street shooting at set distances using SNAP focus with the GRD, GRD2 and until recently the GRD3. But recently I seem to have loads of failures. The images are not in focus, the faces and bodies blurred yet I don't think I am doing anything differently. Nice sunny days, dialed in -0.7 on the exposure, focus set at 1 or 1.5 m and a relatively useful f 4.5 or so and yet I am not getting the rate of success that I had before for some reason. Any ideas what I might be getting wrong.

I shoot in RAW and have had los of success up to now...
