GRD V will be 4/3" or APS-C compact

i know for sure that the olympus e-pl1 and 2 have flexible flash units that can be tilted up to the ceiling -- a surprisingly lovely effect if used in the right circumstances (and i'm not generally a fan of flash).

there may be (probably are) other micro 4/3 cameras that can tilt and bounce their flash.

the panny LC1 is by no means the only one.
