Should I sell these lenses for a Tamron 18-270mm?

I’m a newbie and have purchased these lenses last year when I was more into the hobby. I was considering selling the following lenses Nikon 50mm, 18-55mm, and 55-200mm for a Tamron 18-270mm. I plan on keeping the 35mm. How much would a fair price be for all three? The Tamron is currently selling for $649 with a $100 mail in rebate for a total of $549. No tax with Prime shipping. Please advise whether this will be a blunder.
