E-M5 focus point won't stay where I put it!!!!

Thanks for all that. I will probably just try to remember to turn off the camera each time I'm done taking a picture.

I still find the idea that one can't keep the focus point where he sets it very bizarre - even if my belt buckle is hitting the up, down, left and right buttons. Those buttons should not move the focus point unless the Super Control Panel or the specific page concerning focus points of the Main Menu is brought up? Just seems weird to me.
