I think your English translations were giving some of us difficulty with what you were trying to do. I think I get it now. You'd like to sell or trade the 70-200 for a portrait prime and a longer reach lens for hiking.

I don't think the 70-200 will bring enough to get an 85 f/1.4 G and an 80-400 VR without you kicking in some money. It would also not be my choice on the long end. I'd rather have the 70-300 VR with that 85 f/1.4 G for you with that bad elbow. That 70-300 VR is the only zoom in that range that is both good and lightweight enough.

Another combo which might be good would be the 85 f/1.8 G combined with the 300 f/4 AFS and a 1.4 converter. You'd be almost an even swap maybe and have a good portrait lens and one of the best budget birding lenses made. The only problem is if your harm is not well enough for the 70-200, it won't be for the 300 f/4 or even the 80-400 either.

The 300 f/2.8 and 200-400 f/4 are both out of the question with your bad elbow. I'm also disabled somewhat on one side and struggle with my 300 f/2.8 and might have to give up my 500 f/4 soon. On a tripod it's ok, but getting them back in where I like to go needs a sherpa to be with me to carry it all along with a guide to paddle the canoe or pole the skiff.
