Any experience of the Metz 44 AF-1 with OMD?

I was about to buy an fl-600r when my head was turned by the Metz 44 AF-1. Seems to be almost as powerful, faster recycling and less than half the price in the UK.

The 600r has a continuous LED and its smaller and lighter, but am I missing anything else performance-wise? Does the Metz work as well wirelessly?
