the 25mm is for four thirds -- different lens mount than micro four thirds. scratch that off your list (if you get the 4/3 - m4/3 adapter, you've negated the portability of a pancake, and spent too much money).

if you're not even considering the 20mm, your choice is easy -- get the 14mm. the 17mm is not bad, but the 14mm is newer, faster, smaller, nicer. FWIW.

...so now it's down to:

1.) Olympus 17mm f/2.8

or

2.) Panasonic 14mm f/2.5

it's actually a very tough choice.

If you are restricted to one focal length, I think the 17mm is much better. I find it a much more enjoyable FL to shoot at.

But the 14mm is a better lens and better value, but 14mm is often just too wide and can limit how you shoot subjects.

If you want to shoot for now, I'd go with the 17mm, but if you expect to build a collection of lenses, I'd make do with the 14mm and wait for a better 17mm, which will certainly come.
