High ISO shots - RAW or JPEG?

After reading the Nikon 3200 review and looking at the difference between JPEG and RAW high ISO files like 3200 the JPEG are a lot less noisy. I always shoot RAW but now I am questioning that and thinking I should shoot JPEG when i get to high ISO like 3200 and 6400.

How does everyone else on DP deal with the noise of high ISO shots.
