Canon 100-400L vs Sigma 50-500 OS

I currently own 100-400L and was thinking about selling it and buying Sigma 50-500 OS.

Other lenses I currently own are:

Canon 24-105L
Sigma 70-200 2.8 OS
Sigma 85 1.4
Canon 50 1.4

The 70-200 been in repair once because it stopped focusing and its all repaired now. The 85 been working ok so far, haven't used it much.

And tried to replace 50 1.4 for a Sigma 4 times, and all 4 copies were bad.

Anyway, is 100-400L for 50-500 swap a good idea?
