Language switching in 7 Ultimate. Easy?

Thanks for the reply. They also use a qwerty keyboard, I'm typing this on a Japanese keyboard on my mac actually.

I think there is a setting in Windows 7 to choose both language and keyboard ie you can mix and match. One difference I recall between US and Japanese keyboards is the location of the @ key (there are other minor differences too). Mac OSX recognises this, I'm assuming Windows does too?
