Looking for bag/pouch for EM-5 with pancake lens

I'm looking for a small bag or belt pouch for an Olympus OM-D with a pancake lens.

It should be as small as possible while still allowing the camera to slide in and out easily. Preferably with no zipper across the top. A zipper along the top edges would be OK, but zippers across the top tend to scratch the camera.

Has anyone here found something similar?
