B&W lab good but cheap?

Is there a lab whereby I can upload my B&W files and get a good print without paying for a "Fine Art" or "Giclee" ?

I'm happy with Sams's Club color poster size prints, but the last Black and White was flatter than a pancake underneath an anvil and had a purple cast to it under some lights.
