Hi Claude -

I use a medium tablet, too. The advice to "go small" is probably for two reasons - price and desk real estate. Sometimes, people getting their first tablet think "big must be better" and, in this case, it's not. The large tablet is most appropriate for some users (i.e. artists who are drawing), but a small one will be just fine for a first-time user and it will save money.

For the left-handed user who posted here, Wacom tablets can be used by both right-handed and left-handed people. On models that have user-programmed buttons, there is a place in the Properties to indicate which you prefer.
