and sorry for resurrecting a month-old thread, but I just got back to town.
My frustration wasn't so much with finding the warranty information as it was with having to deal with corrupt files. I did proceed with the Lexar Pro RMA and received a replacement CF card within 2 weeks.
I hope to continue to use their products, but I do hope this was a remote incident.
