E-410 Dissasembly

Hi Guys,

My beloved E-410 has been having issues with it's selector wheels for a while now. I've tried to take off the panel (it goes right across the top of the camera) to clean up the PCB underneath (heard this can be a short term fix) but am not quite sure how to get it completely off. I've gotten as far as getting 'half' of it unattached (the non hand grip side), but on the hand grip side there seems to be something holding it down which I just can't figure out.

Anyone ever done this and could give me some pointers? I bet ordering a spare part would enlighten me, but I'd like to make sure I can get it off before ordering it
