Nikon (Mississauga)fixed my left AF problem... at 50mm

Picked up my D800E yesterday afternoon at Nikon Mississauga center and ran quick test at home. At first I tested it on my 24-70 at 50mm and was so excited to see that my left, right, center focus points all focused well and showed virtually no difference between Viewfinder and Live View results. I was about to write a update post to announce Nikon fixed my problem, but then a few real life shots reviled front focus problem at 70mm. So I went back to do some more tests and realized the fix only works at 50mm (and below). At 70mm on 24-70, my center focus will front focus badly, needs a +15 AF fine tune, and at this value, the left focus evil comes back!
I'll test again using my 70-200 today and probably get focal software to run more thorough tests. But at least the left AF focus problem on D800/E is more complicated than I thought. It seems my 800e also has focus shift at different focus length.
Just for your reference.
