Raw+JPEG transfer problem - no JPEGs appearing with Nikon Transer

Many thanks for all the helpful replies. At least I can now download raw and JPEGs. As for Nikon Capture, it is an excellent, if idiosyncratic, program which is hard to beat in terms of basic photographic editing with NEF files. It is grossly memory-hungry and can be slow but for Nikon raw it is hard to beat.
