Simple MACRO ratio question.

Perhaps some one can explain what the Macro ratios will be on Full Frame, ie DG lenses or 35mm lenses when used on APSC size sensors ?
The Sigma Multiplier is 1.7 on the focal length, is there a factor on Macro ?
