Changing Lenses on the Fly - Help!!!

I went to Youtube and found an excellent clip by Ben Willmore.

I tried his method a few times, made a few slight adjustments and I think I'll prectice each day over the next week or so and have it down.

Never more than one lens in each hand at a time.
