Ex-25 or Raynox 250?

Hi! I'm sorry for creating another thread so soon, but I have some questions that can only be answered this way. I currently have the Olympus E-300 with the 14-45 mm and 40-150 mm lens (second version), and also the FL-36 R.

I want to try macro photography, but my budget is tight. I can buy the ex-25 extension tube for 65 euros or the Raynox for 50 euros (this one I am not sure yet;I'm waiting confirmation).

What is the best choice? Which one will give me the best results (amplification, image quality) with the lens that I have?
