Thinking of buying K5, does Pentax have quality control problems?

Thank you to everyone for the very helpful replies and for taking my question in the spirit it was meant (meaning I didn't need my fire extinguisher). It sounds like the consensus is that Pentax doesn't have many more issues than Canon or Nikon and that the 01 reviewer must have had incredibly bad luck, perhaps Ricoh has improved things since they took over.

Final question for people, Does anyone have any other suggestions for dslr cameras at a similar level to the K5, 7D and D7000 I am considering? Again I think my main criteria is the weather sealing.
