Raw+JPEG transfer problem - no JPEGs appearing with Nikon Transer

I'm new to the D7000 having been using a D2X until a few weeks ago. I've had no problem with shooting either raw or jpeg and transferring them to my computer using Nikon Transfer but today I shot raw+JPEG, raw to slot 1 and jpegs to slot 2. Both file types can be viewed on the camera. However, only the raw images seem to be downloading from the camera (only NEF thumbnails appear for transfer) and I can see no setting which under Options for Nikon Transfer or settings in the camera which may be the culprit. (Nikon View NX2 only displays the NEF files.)

Perhaps I am doing something wrong. Could someone suggest where the problem may lie? Many thanks.
