Street Photography & the use of business cards....

I have started to do some street photography and prefer photographing people to buildings.
Obviously some of the pictures will be such that I won't be able to ask permission from the people whose picture I am taking (e.g. a physical barrier, eg they are on a boat, I am on land).
But there will be a greater amount where I will ask the person/people, or even be ready to ask them due to the close proximity of myself to them.
Having been asked a couple of times to send the pictures to the people who I have photographed, and just to show them that I am doing this as a hobby an nothing sinister, is it worth getting some cheap/free business cards made up with my name/email address on it?
If so, is there anything I should or shouldn't put on the card?
I have a Flickr account - is it worth linking that?
What do any of you do?
Thanks
