Anyone made jump from HX9v to RX100???

I've read all the specs and they should all theoretically translate to better low light performance, but does the RX100 produce clearly better photos AND videos in less than ideal lighting conditions????

Would greatly appreciate feedback from anyone who has previously used the HX9v and moved up to the RX100
