Sony, Tamron, Sigma: Why can't we have pancakes?

Samsung, Fuji, and now Canon have proven that pancakes on APS-C mirrorless is possible - why aren't Sony, Sigma, and Tamron making any (aside from the 16mm) for E-mount?

I find it baffling. The ideal mirrorless kit (imho) is a Nex + three compact primes: 23mm, 35mm, 50mm... (the 23mm being the most versatile, the most painfully absent of the three.)
