Anyone else get hosed by the OM-D rebate?

I just got back what looked like a check from Olympus, except it was from the "Olympus Non-Compliance Department" telling me "Proof of additional qualifying purchase is required". I triple checked everything before I sent it off, and I'm really ticked off now.

Has anyone run into this? I'm guessing my best recourse might be to have the shop where I purchased both my OM-D and flash contact Olympus directly, but I fear I may be out $180.

This is the first time this has happened to me, but it certainly doesn't give me the warm fuzzies.
