RX100 RAW versus JPEG from this weekend. . .

I used the Sony RAW converter. I did add some sharpness. When you shoot JPEG + RAW, it doesn't add the +3 I have on P mode for sharpening, does it? Maybe I was a bit confused. I was trying to make them match, so I assumed the JPEG had sharpness already.
