Wacom Tablet free downloads

I looked on the install disk but I couldn't make head or tails of it. The install for the Wacom tablet didn't work at all. I had to down load from the Wacom site. Everything is working fine now. Wacom seems to have a very responsive customer service so I will call them next week. It happened to be the week-end when I tried to install the free downloads so I thought I would see if anyone on this forum might know the answer. When I learn from Wacom, I will post the answer on this forum just in case some one else has the same probelm.
