Anyone with cheap fisheye images?

Does anyone have shots to share that have been taken with an inexpensive fisheye lens or adapter?

If a fisheye is rated as "16mm" does this make an image only a mere 1mm wider than a standard wide angle zoom at it's 17mm? Or is the actual shape (bulge) of the fisheye lens the element that would give the image more of that "fisheye" look?

I'm interested in playing with a fisheye look without the expense of a good lens.
I shoot with a T1i.
