are X10's with new sensor and lens avaialable to buy off the shelf now?

Y have ordered a X10 asking 4 or 5 store for a possibilitie to have a 22number all denied.

At the end fund 1 seller who confirm and send me a 22 number. I hope that this one will be the right one. Because is my 5th. ordered X10, all 4 send back because of the issue (all low numers 14 and 21)
