Possibly for the 24mm wide angle lens. Also it is being said over at the panasonic forum that the LX7 at ISO800 equals the RX100 at ISO1600, which is the gain given by the f1.4 apertures.

F1.4 -> f1.8 is half stop, not one stop/ ISO800 -> ISO1600 is one stop
2log (1.8^2 / 1.4^2) =0.73 and yet, at ISO1600 the RX100 looks a lot better than the LX7 at ISO800.
