Going through your exif data it looks to me that you've been lead by the nose by the camera soft.

Your base ISO is 100, but effective ISO is 400; this means that your camera "gently" lifted your shot by 2 stops behind your back. BTW, the EV (LightValue) of 7.3 would suggest that you should get 1/60th at 1.4 at 100 ISO, instead of the 1/320th you got, corroborating the point above.

As other posters have mentioned, turn the darned HTP off and handle it yourself, and if the problem continues to rear up its ugly head then return the body.
