Fujifilm X10 vs Leica V-Lux 40 vs ???

when i wrote x100 i was talking about the fuji x100. cannot compare to the other cameras you mention.

my brother has the canon s95. in terms of pocketability it's a certain winner compared to the x10. i think it's important you try to see the cameras in the flesh. x10 is rather bulky and you need BIG pockets. my brother keeps his canon in his inside jacket pocket. pictures from the canon look good, but i prefer the fuji ones. they have this touch which i mentioned earlier. also in usage i prefer the x10. probably also because previous cam was panasonic LX, which is very similar to the s95. i wanted a bigger change/upgrade. so i ruled out this camera or the upgraded lx version. must also admit i was at first simply drawn by the stunning looks of the x10.
i don't have/want a dslr, so my needs are probably different from yours.
