I had an identical experience with El Segundo. Submitted the problem with test shots to tech support in late May. I followed up several times and each time they said they are working on a solution. They asked me to hold off on sending in until they had a solution. They finally contacted me in mid June to send it in - they claimed to have received a solution. I sent it in and received it about 3 weeks later - and the problem was fixed!
